Convenient pickup and drop-off

This is the service the shop is built around. You do not need to be home. Leave garments in a bag or on hangers in an agreed spot. We collect, clean, and return them.

How it works

Three steps, then clothes come back finished

Open a customer account
We need your name, mobile number, and the address on the route.
Request a pickup in the portal
Pick a date and window. Tell us roughly what is going out — shirts, dry cleaning, household, alterations.
Leave the bag, we handle the rest
Finished work is returned on the next route day unless you ask to collect it at the store.

Best for weekly shirts or a regular household bag. We put you on a repeating day so you do not request every time.

On-demand pickup

Use the portal when you have a one-off load — a coat, a comforter, guest linens, or a suit for an event.

Store drop-off

Prefer the counter? Bring items to 1002 Oyster Bay Road. You can still track and pay in the portal.

What to leave out

A clearly labeled bag, hamper, or hangers
Notes for stains, missing buttons, or starch
Separate bags for dry cleaning vs. wash & fold if you can
A covered porch, garage, or mudroom spot we agree on

Where we currently route

East Norwich, Oyster Bay, Syosset, Brookville, Muttontown, Upper Brookville, Locust Valley, Bayville, Mill Neck, Laurel Hollow, and nearby streets. If you are just outside the usual loop, call — we will tell you honestly whether we can add the stop.
